Overall Change/Human Capital Practices:
Dr. Patrick R. Dailey, as a senior executive is a major collaborator on product and service offerings in the human capital space. Dr. Dailey provides executive level consultation in the areas of Board of Director selection and coaching services as well as leads Board retreats in the areas of team effectiveness and organizational strategy. Chicago Change Partners uses Dr. Dailey for executive assessment, compensation, and project management of organizational transformation projects conducted in the US and globally. With experience in more than 25+ M&A deals, Dr. Dailey works in the full range of M&A from feasibility to post merger integration work.

Strategy Formulation:
APB, Inc: A firm, based in Dallas, Texas specializes in the facilitation of strategy development and execution and issue resolution. The Principal of the firm: Alan P. Brache in 1990, he co-authored Improving Performance: How to Manage the White Space on the Organization Chart (Jossey-Bass), the book that launched the process improvement revolution and introduced the first set of tools for comprehensively managing an organization as an integrated system. His second book is How Organizations Work: enables readers to diagnose each of the variables that influence their organizations' performance. His latest book, Implementation: How to Transform Strategic Initiatives into Blockbuster Results (McGraw-Hill, 2006), focuses on the executive's role in strategy execution and initiative leadership. Alan has worked with in multiple industries, functions, and countries; he graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.

The Innovation Practice: A firm specializing in innovation is located in a suburb of Chicago; Carol Franczek is the Principal: The Innovation Practice is known for its Innovation Aptitude™ Audit, a proprietary, web-based survey that provides you with a scorecard of your organization's "innovation health," deep-dive diagnostics and specific recommendations for improving your success. Carol has over 25 years senior level experience in major corporations, such as Paragren Technologies, IRI, Kraft Foods and the Clorox Company. Carol has an MBA and an MPH from Columbia University Graduate School; The Innovation Practice supports their clients with hands on tools and processes, such as Productive Problem Solving Skills Training; Innovation Training Workshops; as well as new product or service work spanning market and customer analyses, platform and concept development and testing through implementation.

Insynch, LLC. Is a boutique Change Management firm, based in Chicago whose goal is to assist clients to fulfill the internal and external 'stakeholder' expectations of the marketplace. Principal of the firm: Catherine Davis; 'Kate', an experienced, Six Sigma trained, results oriented operations executive with 20+ years experience in financial services Industry; call centers and Fortune 1000 administration Management; solid in-depth experience in reengineering business automation solutions which increase customer satisfaction and retention. The value proposition of Insynch is process improvement, from sales through operational change to receivables collection.

Profitiviti, Inc. A firm specializing in operations improvement utilizes proprietary business operations intelligence software with a powerful, proven methodology for cost control, alignment for growth and organizational sustainability. Profitivit is located in southern California. Principal of the firm: Steve Raack…Steve received his bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and his MBA from Pepperdine University; he has held leadership positions in the Sony Corporation, Heralife; in consulting with Anderson Steve led a variety of projects, spanning multiple industries. Profitiviti, in addition offers strategic and business operations consulting in alignment for growth, product launches, product re-positioning, SKU rationalization and supply chain optimization.

Telemetree Systems, Inc.: This firm is located in Sewickley, PA. The goal of Telemetree is to assist clients in managing their business effectively through reliable information. Telemetree Systems provides the BI tools that allow clients to quickly build sophisticated applications for analysis, planning, reporting, and dash boarding-in days, instead of months or years. Telemetree Systems is Chicago Change Partners provider for the Leadership Pipeline Dashboard. Clients, worldwide use the tools for reporting and analysis in virtually any industry and division that requires access to reliable company data. Telemetree Systems' BI tools enable efficient budgeting and forecasting; deliver reliable reports and accurate forecasts; integrate new divisions, partners, and channels with ease; and provide a consolidated view of business performance across the entire organization.

Labor Relations/Legal Issues:
SuMa Partners, Ltd. has as its primary mission to assist clients to meet their business goals by assessing and resolving their workforce challenges. SuMa Partners develops, manages and provides support to organizations involved in significant change including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, relocation, union organizing, growth and downsizing. Principal of the firm: Marc D. Goldberg, J.D., CBM, SPHR, President and Consulting Principal, has over 25 years of corporate experience, including 10 years at the senior management and executive levels of General Electric, Contel Corporation, Executone, Inc. and Mobile Telecommunication Technologies (Mtel); additionally, Marc has over 13 years consulting experience.

Clients have included a telecommunication service provider, a multi-state heavy equipment distributor, a start-up aircraft manufacturer, a cargo airline, an international apparel manufacturer and distributor, an international services providers, hospitals, six major public utilities and other service and manufacturing companies.

Human Capital Practices:
Patrick Chantelois, a senior level HR executive collaboratively with senior management teams to drive strategic organization change; expert in corporate talent management, high potential executive development programs, hiring and selection systems, and leadership development initiatives. Patrick has nearly 20 years in human resource consulting and supply chain industries guiding a diverse client base to execute strategic & tactical plans successfully.

Mr. Chantelois developed his strong passion for talent management when he served as the head of Leadership Development for CNF, Inc. CNF is a $4.7 billion supply chain services company with businesses in LTL trucking, expedited trucking, full truckload, airfreight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and global logistics management.
